Where we are

Santa Maria Novella (SMN) train station is the main connection point to and from Florence.
From the station you can reach Corso dei Tintori:

• by cab, in a few minutes at the price of about € 15.00/20.00 (for two people)
• by bus a short walk from the station you will find the bus stop “BESLAN T1 FORTEZZA”, take line 23A or 23B towards CROCE A VALIANO or SORGANE and get off at Corso Tintori. In about 20 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.
• on foot, you can reach the house with a pleasant 25 minute walk through the city center.

The house is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so to avoid fines we recommend parking in a private garage that will provide you the authorization to access.

We recommend Garage Tintori to our guests: it has a rate ranging from 25 to 35 euros per day depending on the size of your car. Reservations are not necessary and it is located right next to the house.

From the airport you can reach our house in two ways:

• by Cab: in front of the airport you will find the taxi stand. They will take you to the apartment in about 20 minutes, there is a flat fare of €22.00 + €1.00 per luggage + € 3.00 from the 4th traveler
• by Tram: Alternatively, you can use the brand new tramway line, with frequency every 15minutes, which will take you to Santa Maria Novella station in 20 minutes. From the station you can reach us by using the directions indicated above.

• by cab, in a few minutes at the price of about € 15.00/20.00 (for two people)
• by bus:  you can take the C2 bus at the “Orti Oricellari Station” stop (on the left of the station) and it will leave you at the “Ghibellina Bargello” stop, after which in 2 minutes you will arrive at the house.
• on foot: you can reach the house with a pleasant 15/20 minute walk through the city center

The Santa Maria Novella Railway Station is the main connection point to and from Florence. From the station you can reach Via di mezzo 7:

• by cab, in a few minutes at the price of about € 15.00/20.00 (for two people)
• by bus you can take the bus n° 14 or n° 6 at the stop “Piazza Adua” and it will leave you at the stop “Niccolini”, after that in 5 minutes you will reach the house.
• on foot, you will be able to reach the house with a pleasant walk of 20/25 minutes through the city center.

The house is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so to avoid fines, we recommend parking in a private garage that will provide you permissions to access the center.
We recommend two private parkings in your area: 

City Parking Fiesolana Garage, located a 2-minute walk from the house. The rate for our guests is 30 euros per day (you will have to inform them that you are guests of “Tintori Apartments”) and no reservation is necessary. During your stay the car will be taken to a storage room and will be returned on departure with a ‘one hour notice.

Garage Santa Croce, is a 10-minute walk from the house. The rate is 22 euros per day and reservation is recommended. In this case the car remains in the garage until the day of departure.

• by cab, in a few minutes at the price of about € 15.00/20.00 (for two people)
• by bus you can take the bus n° 14 at the bus stop “Piazza Adua” (on the right side of the station) and it will leave you at the bus stop “Giovine Italia”, after that in few minutes you will reach the house.
• on foot, you can reach the house with a pleasant walk of about 30 minutes through the city center.

The house is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so to avoid fines, we recommend parking in a private garage that will provide you permissions to access the center.
We recommend Garage Santa Croce, located right next to the house.
The rate is 22 euros per day and reservation is recommended using this link:
