“Casa il Fico” is an oasis in the urban chaos. A lovely house with a private garden located in the Sant’Ambrogio district, one of the most characteristic neighborhoods in the historic center of Florence

The house is located on the ground floor of a small building and offers two bedrooms (one double and one single or twin-bedded), a bathroom and a living area overlooking the  garden.
The main room overlooks a charming private garden where you can enjoy your moments of relax.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, including an American coffee maker and Italian moka, kettle, oven and microwave.
The master bedroom is very spacious with double windows, offering convenient storage space and a large smart TV.
The second bedroom, overlooking the garden, can be a comfortable living room, a work studio, or an additional sleeping area for two.

In addition to the comfortable garden, we are equipped with a crib, baby bathtub and high chair.
Dog friendly: polite and clean dogs are welcome in our house!
The apartment also offers excellent Wi-Fi,AC in the second bedroom and the living room, smart TV and a washing machine.
Upon arrival you will find a city map with our best recommendations about restaurants, cafes and other activities in our area.
The house is located in the Sant’Ambrogio neighborhood, about a 15-minute walk from the Duomo and 5 minutes from Piazza Santa Croce. Perfect area for visiting the city on foot, strolling along the Lungarno and the streets of the historic center, while enjoying the  quietness of a quieter neighborhood.
In 5 minutes you can reach a grocery store, or the local market of Sant’Ambrogio, where you can find fresh and local products.
